Kalpana’s long overdue confirmation is a victory for all workers including those most marginalized.
Washington, D.C. — Yesterday, the U.S. Senate confirmed esteemed civil rights lawyer Kalpana Kotagal to serve as a commissioner of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
