Chintan Patel
Executive Director
Chintan Patel serves as the Executive Director of Indian American Impact and brings with him 15 years of experience in grassroots organizing and advocacy. He has devoted his career to helping communities advocate for change that lifts up all families.
Born in India, Chintan and his family moved to Pennsylvania in 1993. His parents uprooted their lives in search of the American Dream for their children. Their sacrifices, work ethic, and devotion to culture and community, instilled in Chintan the passion of working in public service.
Most recently, Chintan served as Vice President of Political Affairs at End Citizens United and Let America Vote, a national democracy reform organization. There he directed the organization’s political, partnerships, and organizing strategy. Prior to that, he worked as a consultant, creating winning direct mail programs for campaigns, unions, and public interest organizations across the country. He is most proud of his work organizing communities and empowering people to find their own voice to advocate for causes and campaigns they are passionate about.
Chintan received his undergraduate degree from George Washington University and his master’s from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Chintan lives in Alexandria, VA with his wife, two children, and a dog.
