Compiled by Indian American Impact and South Asian Impact Foundation, this is a living guide to help South Asian immigrants, families, and allies stay informed, empowered, and connected. It will be updated regularly with trusted resources on immigration policy, education tools, legal support, and advocacy opportunities. Resources from South Asian American Justice Collaborative (SAAJCO):
The South Asian American Justice Collaborative (SAAJCO) and the South Asian American Research and Policy Institute (SAAPRI) recently launched their Engaged Community Series. They host monthly webinars, podcasts, and discussions on immigration, civil rights, hate violence, and civic engagement in South Asian communities.

The Sikh Coalition has an immigration resources hub and FAQ covering everything from green card holders’ rights to printable flyers to place in the community.
SALDEF has a comprehensive Sikh Traveler’s Guide for Air Travel and Air Screening in the United States.

Find trusted nonprofit organizations, law firms, and hotlines offering personalized immigration legal support and guidance.
- Immigration lawyer support: SAAJCO has a hotline established which will provide free 25 min immigration consultations with volunteer attorneys on certain topics: 1-844-6SAAJCO (1-844-672-2526)
- For assistance with a federal agency from your Member of Congress, look up your Members of Congress here, visit their website, and search for the “Help with a Federal Agency” or “Casework” sections.
