Impact is working to build a more fair, more just world — one in which all Americans have the opportunities we need to thrive. We believe the United States government must act quickly to root out persistent structural injustices in our communities. Our approach isn’t exclusionary or prescriptive; we believe in developing policy ideas in partnership with other communities of color, and with community leaders most impacted by the problems we face.
